Transcendental Meditation is taught in a comprehensive structured course during which you will gain the ability to practice the technique correctly and effortlessly on your own.

For the convenience of participants learning Transcendental Meditation the course is usually taught over three consecutive days, normally a weekend, which allows time to gain the experience upon which full understanding can be built.

Once you have completed your course, you will continue to benefit from support in developing your practice of TM with Monthly Group Meditations and TM Retreats.

Would you like to spend a wonderful, relaxing weekend deepening your practice Transcendental Meditation?

The emphasis of our Retreats is deep rest and revitalisation, enabling you to gain a clearer experience and understanding of TM.

We recommend that you have been practising TM for at least a few months before you come on one of our weekend retreats. It would also be beneficial if you have attended some of our Monthly Group Meditations which will keep your experience and understanding of the practice on track.
